Armenia is bombing civilian locations in Shusha

On 17th October Armenian force begun bombing civilian locations in Shusha.
Attack began at night when people were already sleeping. The 10-floor building collapsed. More than 10 killed and 50 injured.
3 kid was killed and international community is not responding.
